Jet East Announces New President and CEO and Other Organizational Changes

March 3, 2020, Trenton, New Jersey–(BUSINESS WIRE)—Jet East Corporate Aviation, LLC (“Jet East”) today announced that Stephen Maiden has been appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Maiden will have total responsibility for operational performance, employee engagement, company culture, safety/quality and organizational growth. Mr. Maiden has over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, most recently serving as President and CEO of Constant Aviation LLC.

Francis D. John, the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will remain with Jet East as Executive Chairman and will continue as the managing member of East Coast Aviation, LLC, the parent company of Jet East. Mr. John will have primary responsibility for the finance, legal and administration functions.

Gary E. Lee, the former President and Chief Operating Officer, will remain with Jet East as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Bryan Weiss will also continue as Senior Vice President, Trenton MRO and Managed Aircraft.
